Wie auch schon im vorherigen Jahr, besuchte ich am letzten Samstag die Chemnitzer Linux-Tage. Und wie auch schon im letzten Jahr möchte ich dazu meine ganz persönlichen Ansichten/Eindrücke festhalten.
Nachdem ich die anderen drei Mitfahrer eingesammelt hatte, machten wir uns auf den Weg nach Chemnitz und waren gegen 8:40 Uhr am Veranstaltungsgebäude. Zum Glück bekamen wir auch noch einen Parkplatz auf dem Uni-Gelände, so mussten wir nicht allzu weit durch den Regen stapfen.
Die Leute am Einlass (zumindest auf meiner Seite…war ja klar) waren zwar nich die allerschnellsten, aber es ging doch zügig durch, so dass vor der 9 Uhr-Veranstaltung noch Zeit blieb für die o. g. Tasse (10 € dafür finde ich allerdings ziemlich happig) und eine Füllung Kaffee (1,60 € für ne große Tasse war ok) zur Stärkung.

Nach einer kleinen Recherche bin ich heute endlich auf eine Lösung gestoßen, wie sich meine NAS automatisch auf ein USB-Laufwerk sichern lässt, ohne dass ich manuell eingreifen müsste, wenn die Festplatte die Festplatte an die NAS angeschlossen wird. Ich bin halt faul.

Eine EU-Delegation, die vergangenen Sommer in den USA europäische Sorgen über die NSA-Überwachung diskutieren sollte, durfte Geheimdienstangelegenheiten überhaupt nicht ansprechen. Das geht aus einem Ratsdokument hervor, von dem bislang nur eine zensierte Fassung öffentlich gemacht wurde, dessen unzensierte Fassung heise online aber vorliegt. Darin steht: “Sämtliche Fragen zur Nachrichtensammlung durch Geheimdienste und die zugehörigen Kontrollmechanismen werden vom Verhandlungsmandat dieser EU-US-Gruppe ausgenommen, da dies unter die Kompetenz der Mitgliedsstaaten fällt.” Damit konnten die Experten das Thema, um das es bei ihrer Reise eigentlich gehen sollte überhaupt nicht zur Sprache bringen.
Faktisch hat sich die EU (ja, auch unsere Bananenrepublik) einen Maulkorb verpassen lassen und versucht nun seit nun knapp 6 Monaten dies zu verschleiern.

Nur eine kurze Info: Ich habe Piwik im Zuge der Umstellung auf V2 auf eine andere Subdomain geworfen (lag bisher als Unterverzeichnis im Weblog). Es könnte daher sein, dass deine Privatsphäre-Auswahl nicht mehr korrekt berücksichtigt wird. Falls du darauf Wert legst, schau bitte mal hier vorbei und überprüfe das.
Unabhängig davon gilt natürlich weiterhin: IPs werden in den letzten beiden Blöcken anonymisiert, siehe dazu auch die Informationen zum Datenschutz.
Ansonsten sollte eigentlich alles wie gewohnt laufen und die Feed-/Twitter-/Facebook-Leser merken von der Änderung sowieso nichts.
Ich musste eben leider die automatische Umleitung auf eine verschlüsselte Verbindung von Serendipity wieder deaktivieren. Scheinbar besteht momentan irgendwo im Code das Problem, dass bei einer https-URL keine Trackbacks angenommen werden. Ich hoffe, dass man das Problem schnell/leicht lösen kann, dann wird die Umleitung wieder aktiviert.
Falls mir jemand in letzter Zeit einen Track-/Pingback schicken wollte und nichts ankam, bitte ich das zu entschuldigen.
