                <p>Es ist schon etwas her, dass ich das letzte mal hier im ehemaligen Konzentrationslager war. Könnte sein, dass es das letzte mal im Dezember 2008 mit <a href="http://stadt-bremerhaven.de/impressionen-aus-dem-konzentrationslager-buchenwald/">Carsten</a> und Nadine war, da bin ich nicht sicher. Ist eigentlich auch nicht so wichtig. Beruflich und Baustellen bedingt fahre ich jedenfalls seit ein paar Wochen täglich zweimal daran vorbei und es bestand mal wieder der Wunsch, die Gedenkstätte anzusehen. Gesagt und heute getan.</p>

<p>Ich war zwar inzwischen schon in einigen ehemaligen Konzentrationslagern (Buchenwald, <a href="https://bernd.distler.ws/archives/1583-Besuch-im-ehemaligen-KZ-Auschwitz-Birkenau.html">Auschwitz</a>, <a href="https://bernd.distler.ws/archives/1593-Harz-2015.html">Mittelbau-Dora</a>, Dachau) und auch ein paar Arbeitslagern/Außenposten/etc, aber es ist trotzdem immer wieder erschreckend und bestürzend mit welcher Brutalität, Verachtung und Effizienz die Nazis agiert haben.</p>

<p>Mit all diesen Bildern, Geschichten etc. vor Augen ist es einfach unbegreiflich, dass es immer noch (oder immer wieder) Idioten gibt, die sich dem rechten Block zugehörig fühlen. Da nehme ich die besorgten Bürger der Mittelschicht nicht aus, die mit <span class="caps">PEGIDA</span>, <span class="caps">LEGIDA</span> und sonstigem Gesocks sympathisieren und immer wieder brüderlich mit <span class="caps">NDP</span> und radikalen Schlägern irgendwelche scheinheiligen Wanderungen oder Kundgebungen besuchen. <strong>Ihr habt sie doch nicht alle!</strong> Demokratie und der Wunsch nach Veränderung geht anders, nicht mit dem Schüren von Angst und Vorurteilen gegen Minderheiten.</p>

                <p>Heute verabschiedeten wir uns also wieder von Irland. Mit dem Hotel-Shuttle ging es erstmal zum Flughafen und mit ein bisschen Verspätung hoben wir ab Richtung Frankfurt, dem <del>Alltag</del> Sonnenaufgang entgegen.</p>

                <p>Unser heutiger Tag in Galway war relativ planlos, da wir nicht nach außerhalb fahren wollten und auch in der Stadt nicht so recht wussten, wohin wir sollten. Daher sind wir einfach durch die ganze Innenstadt gelaufen und haben Geocaches gesucht. Ich kann hier nicht mal so recht mit Fotos punkten, denn ich habe nur ein paar wenige mit dem Telefon gemacht, die Digitalkamera hatte ich scheinbar nicht mal ausgepackt.  <img src="/templates/2k11/img/emoticons/normal.png" alt="normal" class="emoticon" /> </p>

                <p>Nach einem leckeren Frühstück verabschiedeten wir uns heute aus Dingle und machten uns auf den Weg nach Norden, wo wir als Hauptziel die <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cliffs_of_Moher">Cliffs of Moher</a> hatten und von wo aus es dann nach <a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galway">Galway</a> weiter gehen sollte.</p>

                <p>Nach einem leckeren Frühstück machten wir uns heute auf den Weg, den Ring of Dingle zu erkunden. Praktisch fährt man von Dingle aus einfach einmal im Kreis und kommt nach 80-90 km wieder in Dingle an.</p>
