Irgendwie hat das viel mehr Spass gemacht, weil man nicht dauernd sitzt&#8230;das tu ich auf Arbeit eh schon die ganze Zeit :/
Außerdem war es auch garnicht so anstrengend hatte ich das Gefühl. Deshalb hat mich heute der Übermut gepackt und ich bin auf ein anderes Gerät gestiegen und hab locker-flockig mal das &#8220;Fettabbau-Programm&#8221; ausprobiert. Ich als alter Jogger und nach meinem Test am Wochenende natürlich Vollprofi stell die Zeit auch gleich mal auf 60 Minuten&#8230;weniger is für Weicheier 
Naja, nach ca. 5 Minuten wurde mir schon warm. Nach 10 Minuten bildeten sich die ersten Schweiss-Perlen und nach 30 Minuten war ich klatsch-nass :-/
Aber ein cooler Hund wie ich muss natürlich weiter machen, muss schließlich den heißen Mädls alten Frauen in zu engen Hosen zeigen, wie das auszusehen hat wenn man läuft ;)\n\nDie Stunde hab ich dann mit Mühe und Not durchgehalten. Als Trainingsergebnis wurden mir 4,5 km (kann wohl kaum sein) und 875 abgebaute kcal bescheinigt (müssen viel mehr sein, hab ja mindestens 4 Liter Wasser rausgeschwitzt) :denk:" />
